This series consists of monthly computer printout reports generated by the Board of Corrections and used in monitoring the prisoner population at their facilities. The reports categorize the convicts as "state" or "county" and list the number of prisoners according to race and sex. The county convicts are further divided by type of custody: community, minimum, medium, and maximum facilities. The reports are dated and bear the signature of a Mr. Dean.
